It could be a reworking of the Swedish surname Tjusberg, CH being the nearest English speakers could get to TJ. If you scroll down this page -

you'll find a Swedish Chuesberg.
If it's German it's probably from some minor place name.

Sir, I did find on ancitary .com a Anna schuesberg do you think maybe the s got droped? I WOULD LOVE to find out what country the name does come from

It might well be so, but I don't know how you could prove or disprove it.
