I'd love it if anybody could help me out here. my last name is Burkatsky, my family is Ukrainian, and I'm wondering, does the name mean anything?
I did a search and found the english name Burke/Burk for "fort or fortified town" but I have no idea if that's related.
any help is appreciated. thanks.
