Re: italian surnames
Cuomo: probably a dialect form of Como, which can be from the forename Giacomo (James), or from the northern lake.
Nenci/Nencini: from Nencio, which is said to be a diminutive of Lorenzo.
Vianello: a diminutive form of the name Viviano, whose meaning has something to do with living (Latin vivus?).
