Just Ryan with Mul- tacked on. If you think of those Irish Mul- names - Muldoon, Mulholland, Mulrooney, etc., the stress falls on the second syllable, not on the Mul-.
Afterthought; Mullen, Mullins (same name really) don't follow the rule. There is a reason for that, but I don't want to bore you any further.
