Störte(n)be(c)ker is a German surname. It contains a whole sentence: "(Ich) stürze den Becher" (I gulp down the cup). It probably started out as a nickname for a drinker.

Th pirate Klaus Störtebeker from Wismar was beheaded in 1401 in Hamburg.
