I can't find these spellings in my reference books, but it seems likely that this is an Americanized spelling of Zieriacks, a German surname that comes from the given named Cyriacus. St. Cyriacus was the name of a child martyr in Tarsus around 304 AD. You can find the derivation of Cyriacus here:http://www.behindthename.com/name/cyriacus
