Egoyan - don't know. The film director Atom Egoyan's surname was originally spelt Yeghoyan. It may be from a given name. The -ian/ -yan ending is the the common Armenian surname ending.

Khanjian - looks like it might denote descent from an innkeeper, probably from the Turkish hanci (pronounced hanji). Occupation-based Armenian surnames are often from the Turkish.

Gorky is not an Armenian name. The original name of the Armenian painter Arshile Gorky was Vostanik Adoyan. Gorky is Russian for "bitter".

Alpay looks Turkish.
