Wolny would be the Polish spelling. It means "free" and it is a surname.
Suplat is also Polish, but with that Polish L my keyboard can't replicate, and which is pronounced like a W. What it means I don't know, but there is also Suplatowicz, meaning son of Suplat, or son of a suplat. A Polish-English dictionary might give the answer.
