I found a surname 'trondheim', that the name
'Lewis Trondheim', the french cartoonist.
and i found this is same the place name in norway.
so i thought maybe
this surname's origin is norway,

Lewis Trondheim is a fictitious name. His real name is laurent Chabosy as noted at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lewis_Trondheim.
