I'm waiting for Sagani ...our Italian expert, but I'll venture a few guesses in the meantime ... and I am guessing!!

Pezzulo ... looks like it comes from a piece of cloth that has give rise to names of horses and rag dolls ...I think it ultimately means 'patch'...with the obvious diminutive -ullo ...son of, descendant of ...

Rega ...I'd guess has to do with "royalty" ...

DilOrio ...I'm going to really guess has something to do with "Orio" meaing maybe 'origin' or maybe 'gold' ...not sure ...I'd suspect tha the Dil- is basically like Del- meaning "of" ...
