I didn't know if this was the right place to put this...but anyway

For a project, I have to do a poll to find out how many people know of certain surnames.

If you have heard of the surname only put "Heard Only" after it

If you have heard of it and know someone who has the surname, put "Heard/Know" after it

If you have this surname, put "Mine" after it

If you have never heard of it put "Never Heard" after it
