I was wondering which part of Sweden "Norval" comes from, and if it's an adaptation rather than an original name. my great-great-grandfather was shipped to America from Sweden (yes, shipped, with a baggage tag!) when he was eight. since he was an only child, and since I've never heard what part of Sweden he was from, I was wondering if anyone had any answers.
