Ingle seems to be a personal name as an example : INGELTON Durham is proably "farmstead of man called Ingel" pers name + OE Tun and INGLESHAM wiltshire is "enclosure or river-meadow of a man called Ingen or Ingin". so following alon the same lines Ingleden could be "valley of man called Ingel".
