The last name Doxas is common in Greece. As a female first name there are also many with the name Doxa which as was mentioned means Glory. Names such as this are common throughout all of Greece and will always end in an "s". However, women's last names always drop the "s" so really your name would be Anna Doxa in Greek. As for the location of origin it is impossible to say as they are scattered throughout most of Greece. However, there is no doubt that it is of Greek origin.
