Giumarra and Giummarra are both found in Sicily, but not, it seems, Giumara or Giummara. I suppose the best spelling is Giumarra as that's the name of a village(?) in Eastern Sicily, where the name is best represented. Giumarra is about 25 miles west of Catania.
