The name Chuibekov means "son of Chuib". It originates from Eastern Europe/Russia, and is very rare today. It is most prevalent in Central Asia, especially Kyrgyzstan, where the majority of the population is descended from early Siberians, and first found in Mongolia. They were described around the Tang dynasty of China as having green eyes and red hair. Those with dark hair/eyes were thought to be descended from Li Ling, the Chinese general. Today, these people are generally a mix, with both Indo-European and Mongol roots. The name originated in about 1876-1900, as that was when Russia took control over the county and began russification.
