...especially considering that, the first time I heard it on a person other than Heath Ledger, I was told what a strange name it was. It was the name of the baby a family friend watched. She (the family friend) thought the name was very bizarre, probably because of Heath Bars.

But, because that Baby Heath was the most adorable little thing I've ever seen (with that also being true about Heath Ledger ;), the name has grown on my considerably, and I must admit that I quite like it.

I LOVE the name Heath especially for a MN. I also think of Heath Ledger which I don't mind because he's a hottie.

I think of the actor... Not a bad thing :P

same here, there's just something about that name that is really starting to appeal! (though i think i would only use it as a mn)

It's quite nice. I wouldn't use it because of an association, though.

It really reminds me Heath Ledger. Besides that, I don't much like the sound. Although as a middle name it could be great.

I really like Heath, but I prefer it as a mn, I think it's too short to be a full first name.

I think it's quite nice. I tend to like at least two syllables in a name, but Heath is an exception to that.
