[Opinions] Re: Birth Announcements from weekend... some interesting ones

I like:
Charmaine Jade - Charmaine's not quite my style, but I like it well enough and it gets points for its datedness. Jade's moderness balances Charmaine well
Tahlia Daniela - Prefer Talia
Bridie Lillian Rose - Don't care for Bridie very much, but the combo sounds nice
Mya Sinead - Prefer Maia Sinéad. How does one pronounce Laoise?
Matilda Adelaide - As fn/mn combo, no I don't think this quite goes together. However, this is a very interesting combo for historical reasons: Empress Maud of England (1102-1169) had the real name of Matilda; Maud was just a nn she had to differentiate her from the many other Matildas of her time (Matilda being a very popular name for royal females then). But Matilda itself wasn't her birth name: Adelaide was. She changed her name when she married for the first time, exactly one month shy of her 12th birthday
Eliza - Goes well with the sib name Matilda imo
Emma Ruby - So-so flow, but nice enough
Alexandra Ci Hui Sing - Sing happens to be a legit name, I believe in Chinese. Obviously honouring their heritage, I think this is nice, even though I don't know how to pronounce the first two mns
Eden Mary
Olivia Mya - Prefer Maia. Like both names, but they don't go together the best imo
Chloe Emma - See Emma Ruby
Erica
Axel Giacomo - Nms, but too cool-sounding to leave off the list
Brody Kai - Tayla I can rationalise as a fem. form of Taylor. But Taylah makes that justification impossible for me :-(
Bailey - I hope this is a boy. Love for a boy, dislike for a girl
Elijah Herbert - Herbert's nms (reminds me of "her Bert"), but, again, it gets points for datedness. Another combo that nicely balances the more modern and popular with the unpopular and dated
Stavro - Prefer Stavros. I like it, but would never use it due to its meaning (I'm an atheist)
Jack Caleb - Prefer John Caleb, nn Jack
Oliver George Norman
Rory Fergus - Love Rory on a boy
Riley James - Ditto for Riley
Jacob Edwin Ernest
James Dimitri - My favourite spelling of Dimitri. I know Dmitri's perfectly legit and all, but it still looks like they forgot a letter to me
Leo James - Love Leo, but personally wouldn't use it on a child if he wasn't actually a Leo. And this child isn't, if he was born recently (Leo's July 23rd to August 22nd)
Darcy Tighe - Love Darcy on a boy!
Gabriel James - Nice, classic combo
Blake Alan and Harrison Anthony - A bit bland, yes, but nice. Alan's my favourite spelling of this name, and I like that the names aren't twinny. They apparently still linked the boys through same-initial mns, but that's it. It's a nice recognition of their twinhood, without making a big hoopla about it like more twinny names could shout
