From browsing online genealogies people put up, I've come to the realisation that many people used these kinds of quirky names in the late 19th to early 20th centuries.
Willarda's just the type of name that would fit into that era, so that gives it a little more substance and interest than it would otherwise have to me. Also, it's refreshing to hear a made up name other than Shanaeleigh.
But still, Willarda's nmsaa. I prefer Willard, on a boy of course.
