I don't care for Piper. It isn't feminine to me, and is a noun (and, therefore, not a name to me). Although, I do like some names which are nouns, but Piper really stands out as a word to me, for some reason.
I like Isabelle, with that spelling.
I think Piper takes away from the beauty of Isabelle (or whichever spelling).
