I was peeling carrots this morning and decided a potato peeler was my favorite. They're so fun!!
I like Violet Amaryllis. I think Amarillys is a really cool name (wouldln't use it, but it's awesome!). I've never actually seen an amarillys plant, though. Wonder what it looks like. :P
