This seems to be the day I don't like the unisex names mentioned for either gender.
Well, here's another one. Paisley, while feminine sounding, is very immature sounding for a girl, and much to frilly/sissy for a boy. I think of "pansy" for a boy. If it must be used, then, as you said, use it only as a middle name, since it's a family surname.
