Estrild: Is a Teutonic Princess from the Dark Ages. Blonde and blue-eyed with stern features.
Theresa "Tessa": Is young, happy and a very bright schoolgirl, with a pretty face and dark hair and eyes.
Hubert: Is an old guy in a nursing home who sits day after day hoping his relatives will visit him even though they've forgotten about him! (sorry to all real-life Huberts!).
Alister: A classy and rather foppish British guy in his twenties / thirties, dark hair and pointed jaw, wearing a tuxedo (think a younger more feminine-looking James Bond).

Well, it's not exactly stereotyping since I have never known anyone with 3/4 of these names but....
Estrild is a softspoken, fashionable young woman, white with curly hair
Theresa "Tessa" is a smart, practical type; high achieving. Dark haired
Hubert is short and butch with dry deadpan humor; friendly guy.
Alister is tall, handsome, and a bit sly; has expensive taste.
