There is Bo Dereck, the actress. I don't know if that's short for another name. You could consider the female names Roberta aka Bobbie nn Bo or Bonita or Bonnie for the nn Bo as well.

Well, Bo's a single standing male name in Denmark.
And only that.
So I hate it on females, nn or not, since I am used to this male name thing.
