I wouldn't intentionally try to get the reverse initials but if it just turned out that the names I had had reverse initials, it would be OK.
I'm generally of the opinions that twins are individuals and their identities shouldn't be wrapped up too much in the fact that they're a twin. While reverse initials isn't as bad as giving twins the same initials, its still a little too "twinny" for my taste.
