Olivanna - Olive-Anna is easier on the eyes, but in the end I just prefer Olive. Olive Anna would be a pretty first and middle name combination.
Mylo - I just think of "mylar." Plus it looks quite contrived. Not enough to make me hate it, but why not just Milo?
