That's the name of Harry Belafonte's grand daughter.

His son, David, are married to a former Danish model. And they have Sarafina.

It's a variant of Serafina I guess. Only the Sera... is changed to Sara...

I really like Sarafina.

I prefer Serafina. The name is still too frilly for me though.

I love Seraphina, but Sarafina / Serafina looks a bit strange to me.

I don't care for it. I think of the bottled water Aquafina, for some reason. I think it takes away from the beauty of the name Sarah (that spelling only).

Very pretty. I've already promised my six-year old that if we ever get a white, fluffy kitty, her name will be Serafina. ;-)
