Sorry, i dont like it at all, it sounds like Katie, but without the classicness (is that a word?) and familiarity. I am not a fan of the name Katie especially, But Kady sounds like it is trying too hard to be trendy, and i am probably wrong on this as it may be an american name i dont know but to a british ear it sounds made up. sorry.
