Look on this site's name-list under "Kayley" for Mike's explanation of you name's meaning (yours would just be a spelling variant).
An alternate possibility is that it's a phonetic spelling of the Scottish "ceilidh" or Irish "ceili", both of which denote a fairly raucous community party with lots of dancing, music, and drinking. (Personally, I'd rather my name meant "party" than "slender".)
