[Opinions] Dean?
What do you think of the name Dean and what are some middle names that would be good? I like it, but i'm not sure it flows with my daughter, Murphy Grace.

Oh, I love your daughter's name (me being a huge fan of the old TV show Murphy Brown). I think Dean goes fine with it.Dean Edward

I love the name Dean. Very underused IMO. I think there's a ton of two or more syllable middle names that would work well, depending on your preferences:Dean Andrew
Dean Christopher
Dean Lucas
Dean Thomas
Dean Carter
Dean Nathaniel

I think all names "flow" in sibling sets.I don't care for Dean. It's too surname-y for my liking. Anyway, I suggest Dean George.Edit: Added a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions. I like Dean Nathaniel and Dean Xavier. I also like the idea of using a family name as the middle name.

I love Dean a LOT. It's like Frank to me--nice and strong and has that 40s feel to it.It needs a longer middle name with it, I think. Dean Xavier? Dean Auberon? Dean Augustus? I think it'd sound really nice with a family surname with it. If I had any that were attractive in my family, I'd give an example, but all ours are ugly.Array
