My cousin's name is Rejean (boy) (with the accent over the first 'e').. It's all right...if you live in Quebec or France. Otherwise I wouldn't use it.Rejeanne is not very common. Don't like it.

I don't personally like it for me, I wouldn't know how to pronounce it if I saw it written down, and it looks like it will cause spelling problems. But if its a family name then I say use it!

It's a trendy creative spelling of Regine. I don't care for either, as I much prefer Regina.

Actually it's an old french name. It was taken from my family tree.

I would suggest using it as the middle name, of you're planning on using it, as I think, personally, it would cause spelling problems. Sorry if I offended you.
