I know a girl named Saige. Her brother is a River. :) I think it's a fine name.
Arianna Sage works best of those three, I think. You've got the right pattern going; no one will mistake Miranda Sage for a boy (or for a girl with trendoid parents!).
I like these with it, personally: Sybilla Sage, Lucinda Sage, Arabella Sage, Eleanor Sage, Clarissa Sage...
I like the repeating S. S and L sounds are two of my favourites.
