[Opinions] Kelsey
What do you think of this name for a girl? I like the spelling Kelsea also. And Kelsie is kind of cute. Thoughts?

I know a lot of Kelsey/Kelsie(s)
Kelsey Anne (twin Kayla Beth)
Kelsie Ann
Kelsey (Not sure of mn)
Kelsey (Again not sure of mn - sister Michaela)
Kelsie (Again not sure of mn - sister Makenna)The last four are from my dance studio. The first one I've known since Kindergarten!

I know a Kelsi Juliet. I love Juliet, but Kelsi looks quite creative so I wish her parents would have named her Kelsie. My cousin is named Kelsey LeighAnna. I like it, but not love. Not now anyway. It got too trendy. -Seda*

I like it only for a boy, and only in its original spelling, Kelsey. Kelsey for a girl is over-trendy and tired imo, but Kelsey for a boy is much more refreshing a bit Victorian-esque to me.

I don't think it would grow well with the child. Would you want a dr. or lawyer named Kelsey? I don't think it's all that attractive, either.

I used to LOVE this name. Recently, however, I have an awful lot of them. Sorry can't say I like it much anymore. It's getting too popular. The spelling Kelsey is great~~NataliaSelf-confidence is the result of a successfully survived risk.

Kelsie would be my preffered spelling but I dislike the name because it doesn't really age well_________________________________________________Alice xProud Big Sister to Sophie and Isabel

The name is not my style - it sounds kind of diminutive - and I think I'd find it more interesting on a boy (though using it as such would cause confusion nowadays). My favourite spelling is Kelsey. I can see the attraction of Kelsi and Kelsie as well. You could even consider Kelcey._____________________________________________________________________"You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it true."Elinor

I don't care for the name. It isn't very nice sounding to me. All other spellings, besides Kelsey, is just trendy and creative to me. I would much prefer the name Chelsea.

I like the name Kelsey! Although I will say a little girl comes to mind whenever the name is mentioned. I prefer Kelsi though. But I always prefer a name to end in an i.
