WDYT of these? I love Shauna/Shawna and also the name Shawn for a girl, but don't know that I would ever use them. I also think Sheena is kind of cute and like that it is the Scottish form of Jane-but again, I probably would never use it.

Thoughts?

I don't like either. They're very 1980's and outdated to me.

I don't mind Shawn on a girl, but only in that spelling. (I would use Shaun for a boy.) I dislike Shauna / Shawna because I find it trendy.

I find Sheena dated - it's not my style.

I actually like Shauna. It was always one of my favorites when I was a teenager.
Sheena, however, makes me think of Tarzan.

Leslie edd 4/17/05. Baby should be arriving via c-section April 8th, though.

PLEASE NO!

Shawn is such a wonderful boys name...DONT NOT use it for a girl. Any form of Shawn I hate seeing on girls.

Shauna's really pretty, and I think Sheena sounds pretty too, but a little funny. I like Shauna (with this spelling) the best!

I like them too - including Shawn on a girl (although I'd spell it Sean for a girl, Shawn for a boy). I think Sheena was tainted by some soft-porn-like movie character bearing the name - Sheena of the jungle or something like that. I still like the name, though!
