I like the name Sophia a lot so my initial thought was to go with the first combination. However, I don't like the name Julia much. Julia is a nice name but it's nothing special, in my opinion. I know you said not to mix and match the names but I think Sophia & Clarissa, Sophia & Elena or even Sophia & Felicity would be lovely combinations.
