"Garrett" is okay, but I've never liked generic or "filler" middle names: Lee, Lynn, Lou, Anne, Ray, etc., that have no meaning to the person or parents, but are just there to fill the space.
If any of the above names have significance to the family, that's different, but otherwise you should take the time and trouble to pick a middle name that's special for the person (family name, your second-favorite baby name, etc.). If you can't do that, no middle name at all is preferable.
