Anaïs is one of my favourites names and its true pronunciation is uh-nuh-EES or ah-nah-EES, depending on the dialect or the zone (at least in Catalunya, where I am from and that is one of the possible places that seems to be in the origin of this name, look at the link, Anais).

Lillian Anaïs is nice, but not the best combo, imo.
