[Facts] Watson!!
I was uterally suprised this name wasn't in here. It's in the surname database. Simply, as the surname based says, 'son of Watt'. Watt (see Wat) being from Walter, meaning ruler of the army. Not to shabby to name a son 'son of the ruler of the army'.
This is my brother's, father's, grandfather's, greatgrandfather's middle name... and my dogs first name.In Sherlock Holmes, was Watson his assistants first or last name?

Dr John Watson usually; Dr James Watson occasionally. Holmes didn't care!
