Alexandra _ A welcome baby sister for Ella Rose (this is actually kind of funny to me. My niece's name is Alexandra Rose and has a baby sister named Gabriella Noelle "Ella." I prefer Ella as a nickname for Gabriella, Isabella, etc.)
Phoebe Lily Georgina, sister for Samuel, Ellecia and Jacob (I don't like Phoebe at all. Lily Georgina is nice though)

Lottie Rose (I only like this as nn for Charlotte or Charlotta, which I love the combination Charlotte Rose or Charlotta Nessarose)
Libby Scarlett, sister for Oliver Fraser (I like Scarlett Elizabeth better)

Alexandra - A welcome baby sister for Ella Rose - Not a favourite, but still very pretty imo. I think Ella Rose is gorgeous.
Phoebe Lily Georgina, sister for Samuel, Ellecia and Jacob
I don't like Georgina nor do I think the combo flows well. Samuel + jacob are great, but Ellecia just looks wierd.
Lauren - slightly dull, but alright.
Lottie Rose - I think Lottie works only as a nn for Charlotte. Charlotte Rose is quite a nice combo though.

Again, I think Libby only works when used as a nn for Elizabeth/ Elisabeth. Elizabeth Scarlett sounds too static, but Scarlett Elizabeth might work. I like Oliver Fraser
Katie May Lindsay - I think Katie should only be used as a nn for Katherine (or varients). I don't like Lindsay, and don't think the name flows brilliantly.
Ruben George - I prefer Reuben, but the combo is ok
