As an American, I think of the rah-shel prn being spelt Rachelle rather than Rachel, and the Rachel spelling being prn either rah-khel or ray-chel. Well, I prefer the Hebrew prn to the French, the French to the English and I prefer Claire to the English prn of Rachel. Make sense? So I guess it's:
1. Rachel (Hebrew)
2. Rachelle (French)
3. Claire
4. Rachel (English)
