Hmmm... (most of these are due to younger siblings not being able to say the names!)
Penelope nn Melly or Mel
Steven nn Dinsy or Din
Hamish nn Bim (via Himbly-Bimbly, I believe)
Hollie nn Ollie
Veronica nn Ronnie or Vronnie
Caroline nn Caz
Can't think of any more at the mo
