My Father's second name was "Diepa". I hae been unable to find the meaning and hope someone out there can help me.

What was your father's nationality - where was he born? To me, this sounds like an Indian or Indonesian name.

Dad was born in Yorkshire England, his Father was Welsh and Mother from Yorkshire.
