I think "Padrick" and "Pad" are more closely related to the Irish spelling/pronounciation of Patrick. I have heard of Irish men called Paddy.

It looks like the parents wanted to spell Patrick differently. I much prefer Patrick, as Padrick looks/sounds like how one would lazily pronounce Patrick.

I prefer Patrick. Looks like a mistake with a "d" in the name.

I agree with Alexandra. Padrick looks like a mistake. Patrick or Padraig would have been better imo.
