I would think EE-lee-zer or el-AH-zer
I keep hearing EL-ee-AY-zar ... but that's not in the States.
Pronunciation questions are usually answered depending on the place the answerer is from. As far as I can answer, I've heard it as both Eh-leh-ah-zar and El-ah-zar.
