[Opinions] Why in the world would that be a problem?
The name is not, and never has been, unique to Hispanics or Indians. I can understand being a bit leery of naming a child something that screams a completely different ethnicity, but I find this question ridiculous. In all honesty, I don't see what the dilemma is at all for you. You call the baby Gabriella. Everyone else calls the baby Gabriella. You like the name Gabriella. Why don't you just use it and be done with it?Array

I don't like the name Gabriella but everyone else does. ilike Makenzie better. Or Teagan, Tatum, Grace, Kaia, Kayia, or Micaiah. That is the probelm. And I live in a largely hispanic community, not that it matters, that people would get her named confused, I was jsut wondering if most people associated Gabriella with hispanics?

Um, I don't, and I don't think there would be anything wrong if someone didFor someone supposedly so open-minded, you seem to be making quite a fuss over having your daughter mistaken as Hispanic. (btw, Hispanic should be capitlized, its a proper noun)
