Grace Evangeline sounds good. Evangeline May sounds corny. So does Evangeline Lee.
Imo, Evangeline works best as a mn in most cases. Juliet sounds better with a sister that has the mn Evangeline. French, Russian, Spanish/Italian, are good w/Evangeline. (Btw, it doesn't work well with a common, simple mn.)
