I think it's very nice overall, though I admit that with very large sib sets it's hard for me to really analyse them.

However, I think I would change Theodor Immanuel Philipp Ferdinand to Theodor Philipp Immanuel Ferdinand, or else eliminate or change either Philipp or Ferdinand. The double F sounds of Philipp and Ferdinand bug me.

I love all of these names. And the historical connection just makes it all the more interesting. I especially like:

Friedrich, Albert, Maria, Franz, Paul, Ludwig, Alexander, Philippa, Immanuel, Ferdinand, Carolina, Franzsika, Benedikt.

Maria Antonia--- Josepha Johanna, that was Marie Antoinette's original name

Maria Carolina--- her sister's name. I like it

Maria Theresa--- her mother's name. I really like this name

Maria Dorothea--- seems a bit out of place

Maria Philippa--- ditto
