I love this name. It brings to mind Flora McDonald and Bonnie Prince Charlie.
Flora has a gentle, nostalgic charm. It would suit a child and an adult. It also makes me think of ancient Roman mythology, although I confess I don't know anything about mythical Flora (goddess/muse?).
