Marjan (Marian) is certainly the male form of Marianus, which unfortunately comes from the Latin name Marius - nothing to do with Mary, therefore. (It would originally have been given to slaves owned by the Marii.)
I'm not sure exactly what you want - a Hebrew name meaning the same as Mary but used for boys? I haven't checked this, but it is my impression that Mary, or Miriam or whatever, was originally Egyptian and that its use in Hebrew dates from biblical reports of the Exodus. I very much doubt if people in classical and biblical antiquity would have used female names for males; have you found a source in which this did happen? That would be really interesting!
