[Opinions] Joylin?
I woulnd't use this personally but it is the name of my dance teacher's daughter. Her names is Linda and Joylin was named this because she was Linda's joy or something along those lines. WDYT of the reason behind the name?

I don't care for it. It's made up and too cutesy for my tastes. But I've definitely seen worse. :b

I don't care for it. While I like honoring a parent(s), I would've gone with the actual name Linda, or maybe Lindsay. I dislike it when parents use names that signify an emotion (like my post about Blessing Milagros), so if it had to be done, I'd just use the name Joy as the middle name, or Joylin as the middle name. The name is very made-up sounding to me.

To me without the story its just another name trendified with Lin / Lyn tacked on
However I see the reasoning behind it and the name was obviously chosen after some thought and has great meaning to the people concerned

I think it's cutesy and Joylin, although pretty sounding, is trashy...
